Do you understand that by placing a deposit on an un-born litter you are taking the risk of not getting the desired puppy in a specific time frame, if either the desired sex is not produced or if the litter does not take, (as these events are out of my control) then you will have to wait until an alternate litter of your choosing has been born. And that I also cannot guarantee how many litters it will take to produce the desired puppy.
Do you understand that your deposit will only hold your puppy through 8 weeks of age, and that we will not hold your puppy longer than this, (for the bonding process it is best to get your puppy as close to 8 weeks as possible as their minds open up for bonding at 6 weeks of age) and if you cannot get your puppy at 8 weeks that you will need to wait on a different pup?
do you understand that in very rare cases where we will keep your puppy past 8 weeks of age there is a 150$ per week boarding charge, and full payment of the puppy and boarding fees are to be paid by the time the puppy is 8 weeks of age, and that is you decide not to get the puppy, for any reason, that no money will be returned?

Do you understand that any money received is non-refundable and will only go toward the purchase of your puppy, which will be honored indefinitely but not re-funded for any reason even if you decide not to purchase a puppy?
Do you understand that you may never sell or find a new home for the puppy or adult…if the placement does not work for any reason he/she will come back to me, at Buyers expense?
Do you understand that I can void this contract and refuse to sell you a puppy for any reason I feel is nessassary, to include but not limited to distrust of your intentions toward my puppy or breeding lines and no money will be refunded?
Do you agree to not abuse or neglect this dog, and that if at any time I the Breeder believes this dog is abused or neglected or if you break this contract, that I have the right to repose the dog and that you agree to not seek legal damages against me the breeder or cause the me the breeder legal expenses?
***Do you agree to not fix your new puppy before 9 months of age, as this can lead to bone cancer and many other problems and will void the health guarantee? Vets are trying to fix pups at 3-5 months now which is fine for smaller breeds but NOT Great Danes!!!
Do you understand Night Magic Danes will not be held responsible for covering any medical and/or veterinary expenses for any reason?
